My grandmother was born on a farm in Galliano, LA. Her family spoke French, and she didn't learn English until her 20's when she moved to the New Orleans area where she lived until her death in 2002. These are most wonderful pictures I have of her, and I hope the can convey how great she was, and how happy she was most of the time.
