The long awaited sequel to "How To Cut a Freaking Mango" has finally arrived! Life will go on! Because mangos and avocados are good for you! They go well in salads together! Forever!

I have been studying avocados for a very long time, and I've developed this method through intense meditation and an ancient technique that allows me to control my chi. All you will need, however, is a knife, a cutting board, and of course, our delicious green-meated friend.

First, cut into the avocado exactly in center until you hit the seed. You will know it when you hit it, trust me LOL! Then, without removing your knife from the avocado, slice around the seed until you have two seperate oblong pieces of avocado, held together only by the seed. Gently twist them apart and display them for your camera, like so.

With a loud "wah pshh!" sink your knife into the seed itself and gently twist until you can easily pull it out. You may want to consider wearing chain mail gloves the first few times you try this. Thumbs take forever to grow back.

Cut the two halves into halves and oh so gingerly peel the hard, impenetrable skin from the supple, yielding meat.

After you make a really cute face, as I have demonstrated, your avocado is ready to eat!
