Here is Ray Comfort’s advice on how to remain a Christian, along with a shocking, but not wholly unexpected, admission that he himself does not believe in the Christian God:

I wish that were an odd admission, but it seems he may have been saying that he believed in evolution until he started asking questions and that it was easier to believe that a book without foundation or proof of any sort for its claims was a far better source than millions of observations and the conclusions based on those observations. Why? Well because it says so and that’s that.
Reading his inanity, one would think he might be a “Poe.”

Yeah, he’s definitely talking about how he used to believe in evolution. But he has the worst quote mining habit. It’s so much more ridiculous than anyone else I’ve seen. I’m just having a little fun with him, and hoping to attract some derision at the same time.
I frequently think that Ray might be a Poe.

If Ray is a Poe, then it is one of the best traps EVAH. Telling people you believe something, getting them to believe it, and to give you money? Wow. That’s a Trapoe.
