Where Am I?
I don’t like reading personal updates, so I’ll make this as painless as possible.
I’m getting ready for muh lil vacation! And it’s been the week from hell! The lack of sleep, the hundreds of dollars spent on car maintenance, the looming task of dropping Mr. Foofie off to Leah’s house…it’s a bit much.
But in 24 hours I will be on my way to Salt Lake City and swimming in butter (I won’t really be swimming in butter). I will do my best, depending on the availability of an Internet connection, to keep the site updated with our progress. OK?
What kinds of things should I try cooking on a campfire?

Veggie Kabobs and meat if you insist. A simple yet delicious marinade is Italian dressing. I hope you guys have a fabulous time!!!

I roasted cheez-its over an open fire once and they were AMAZING.
Also, if you get some fish or other seafood, and some Italian dressing (as mentioned above by Leslie) wrap it all up in some foil and cook it on the coals or above the fire…OMG it’s SO FREAKING YUMS.
If you are going to the great salt lake, you could try roasting up some sea monkeys! They are quite plentiful there…
